1 night retreats - Theme: Self Love (dissolving self-sabotage)

This is the perfect bite-size getaway when you don’t have the time or resources to take a full weekend retreat, with just over 24 hours peace and quite and soulful views, food and head-space. This involves us arriving on Thursday late morning, with a full day including a lunch, afternoon cake and tea, and dinner. The next morning will include breakfast, morning sessions and cake/ tea before we head off. You can always book an extra night by yourself for Friday night too if you wanted to extend it. These are more of a pit stop with the focus about learning and relaxation.
