We have been running our retreats since 2015 and another 8 years prior to this with other events until we retrained in the well-being industry based on the owner’s own experience with anxiety and fatigue, overwhelm and burnout. Our retreats are lovingly planned around its theme to offer the perfect wellness break, including advice, support, coaching workshops, therapies, and much needed ‘me’-time. 

Whether you want to splash out, have a small budget, or can’t get away, we have a variety of options and themes to select from.

TEACHERS

Nic has been running reatreats for 10 years after leaving corporate and burning out and has dedicated the time to helping others with the same. One realisation she had was that a large contribution to her burnout was her own mindset and this needed to be tackled first. Nic then studied all about this, including Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Philosophy, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Car Jung Insights, and studied a masters in Psychology at Chester University. While still consulting and supporting organisations with L&D and Wellbeing Strategy and hands-on delivery, Nic stays connected to how people are feeling in the workplace and her CIPD level 7 Masters in HR and Organisational Development compliments this.

Nic wants to give people permission to press pause, reset their nervous system and remind women how amazing they are. To be successful, without burnout and defining your own understanding of success. Bringing together workshops that help refocus, inspire and call to action of what to do and what NOT to do, she blends movement medicine such as gentle yoga with a sprinkle of meditative hypno-suggestions to rewire to mind. She always says that your Friday self will not recognise your Sunday self and teaches ways to hold onto that, long after the retreat.
