Ten years ago, Inspire-Rewire was set up to support individuals, teams and leadership with burnout, team dynamics and leadership based on 20+ years in Learning & Development and leadership, as well as wellbeing training and academics.
Inspire-Rewire has ran more than 90 retreats both in the UK and UAE.
Historically, there were two worlds; corporate or work facade and home. Now life has moved on a little and these two worlds are closer. We have since worked with big organisations like ADNOC., PwC, Airbus, Chalhoub Group and top universities in the UK, to small independents supporting leaders from new managers to C-suite with leadership workshops and retreats on all those gritty leadership subjects like conflict and psychological safety or just rest and recovery.

Nic Wagstaff - owner of Inspire - Rewire
Nic has held senior roles such as Group Head of L&D, Director of LG Electronics Learning Centre MEA, and L&D Director for Rain, earning CIPD Fellowship for creating measurable business impact. She drove a global coaching culture for 13,000 employees, launched learning summits, built academies and L&D departments from scratch, and designed a scalable Train-the-Trainer model adopted as global best practice, with her team winning the High Performing Team Award.
Early in her career, stepping into leadership without support led to burnout, fueling her mission to remove barriers caused by gaps in learning or mindset. She invested in self-development, from NLP coaching, therapeutic modalities and yoga to three degrees, including a Master’s in Psychology and Level 7 CIPD. Today, she creates learning cultures that enable growth without burnout. Passionate about empowering others. through her business Inspire-Rewire, Nic has led 80+ retreats and continues consulting on L&D and wellness strategy for global corporations and fast-paced organizations, combining strategic design with hands-on delivery.
