The brain is wired for threat detection, not self-cheerleading (negativity bias). Success can increase self-doubt because expectations rise. Is this a recurring thought loop (pattern) or just situational (phase)? Identifying which stops the spiral.
And then explore around breaking the Overthinking–Overworking Loop.
Following this, we will work on upgrading your self-talk and look at the vague “I’m not good enough” with specifics that are unique to you and replace them with uplifting unique mantras.
Remember: Feeling like an imposter often means you’re stretching into new territory. That’s growth, not fraud. But it’s always wise to explore the gaps in your knowledge or experience and work on those.
