Deepen your personal mindfulness practice with a themed talk to help set the scene, followed by gentle slow yoga movement to candle light and a long relaxation. Move with ease into a sacred sound healing journey with Tibeten sound bowls, steel hapi drum, Native Indian flute and wid chimes .

THE YOGA / MOVEMENT SESSION
The yoga is gentle and restorative, followed by a guided meditation before sound healing. By the end you will feel balanced, focused, refreshed and rejuvenated. Absolute beginners are more than welcomed and I encourage you to rest any time.
We will use our gorgeous Altearah wellness colour oil parfums sprtiz to help relax you into meditation and awaken you when you need it. Imported from Sud De France (your permission will be asked).
SOUND, MEDITATION & ELEVATED HEALING
During the sound healing sessions we will be embedding some powerful healing affirmations to get deeper into your own healing capability. When we are in Alpha or Theta Brainwave Length (which meditation, Reiki and Hypno can achieve), we activate our healing potential.
We emphasize TRANSITION in our sessions - we don’t rush anything whether that’s moving into meditation, moving into break, or calming down into the session itself. The powerful oil spray that we place on a tissue and /or palm (optional) for you to absorb throughout the morning is fundamental in that initial relaxation of the nervous system.
