The aim of all our retreats is to take you on a journey. We take 3-fold approach for your experience; the mind, body and your energy or soul. For the mind; we wish to calm that self-sabotage and overthinking. For the body; we aim to nurture it with wonderful food and movement medicine, and for your energy; we aim to reset your nervous system and let go of old negativity that doesn’t belong, so that you leave feeling lighter, younger!

Our participants tell us that our retreats are truly transformational. They are built on 10 years of running over 80 retreats from half days to 5 days in duration built upon both eastern and western philosophies from the teacher's deep understanding of human nature in both her studies and her own experiences, and personal and professional challenges that she has overcome in life. She is passionate about empowering others, to help shift limiting beliefs, feel calmer and happier and enjoy the best version of your life.

What makes our retreats different?
We take you from your Friday self (maybe scattered or running on empty, or just not yourself), to your Sunday self (calm, clear, and renewed). These retreats go beyond rest; they create real mindset shifts rooted in deep study and experience. Yes, the food and setting are beautiful, but the true investment is in you: unlocking lasting peace and happiness.

March is a magical time when we start to come out of our wintering season.  It's full of hope and dreams, yet sometimes we can feel lethargic, disempowered and defeated. Even when we learn how to 'winter' effectively, our bodies, mind and energy can hold us back.

If we can learn to appreciate this is also a natural process, we can transition out of winter with grace and gentleness - like nature! Then we will remember that in fact - we are nature!. And in nature there is no urgency. The energy we carry forward shapes our world. Having experienced severe burnout and deciding that she can be successful in life and NOT burnout (what a revelation), Nic has since taught many others how to do the same.

We believe in choice and options for your happiness and freedom, so you can opt out of any of the program should you wish to enjoy your quiet time alone, yet there will also be segments allowing for that time.

You do not need to be an experienced in any of the components to join; the movement sessions will focus on a meditative flow to help release body, mind and soul from attachments. Ultimately aiming to reset your nervous system. Mindset work is always a work in progress (for us all), and so what is meant for you, and if you are drawn to this, then it’s meant for you. Perhaps you just need to allow yourself that space to process?

Summary:

The only thing constant in life is change, and this program will help embed a sense of being fluid and motivated for positive forward change, at a subconscious level, with acceptance and compassion for yourself and others around you. When we embrace the new and become more of who we are meant to be, it results in peace, balance and joy which emanates out to all. The more we nurture ourselves the more we can embrace our true purpose and offer our unique gift to others.

Set in the beautiful idyllic and magical hills and mountains of North Wales, you will have this wonderful opportunity to experience this hopefulness in the energy of the ocean. Sometimes calm and gentle and other times wild and thrilling. If you’re up for a personal challenge you can join us in the optional exhilerating sea dip! Weather permitting we may experience short walks in the area, or maybe an outdoor Yoga session – so long as we are warm and dry. There will also be a communal space next to the fire with inviting sofas and hot drinks if you’re more comfortable socialising and connecting with others on your ‘down-time’. Remember, it’s all about choice, it’s all up to you with no obligation. You can even just sleep all weekend if that’s what your body needs.

This is definetely for you if you have been drawn to something for a while, you keep getting the signs and it’s always been about other people. It’s now about you. To put yourself first is not selfish. It’s self-less. Why? Because when your jug is full your can pour with love, not restriction or obligaton that drains you. That’s why I always say; “my me-time is for everyone else’s health and safety!” Trust me, it is still daunting for me to join a new group of people, but I can promise you, my Friday version of myself is a very different version of my Sunday self when I join a retreat.

Your Retreat Leader

I am Nic Wasgstaff, the owner of Inspire - Rewire and I want to share with you how we can work through anxiety, liminiting beliefs, lack of boundaries or self-belief by exploring various techniques that I have discovered on my own healing journey and also ones as part of my profession.

Early in my career, stepping into leadership without support led to burnout, fueling my mission to remove barriers caused by gaps in learning or mindset and driven by the passion to support others with the same. In addition to my self-leadership and women’s empowerment retreats, I contnue to run sessions for corporate leadership and sprinkle a little bit of my work in there, including running leadership development retreats.

Over the years, I invested in my own self-development; from NLP coaching, hypnotherapy, Reiki master and yoga - to three degrees, including a Master’s in Psychology and Level 7 CIPD. Today, my 2 worlds are becomming more part of 1. I give permission for people to press pause and support growth and success without burnout! Passionate about empowering others, I have led 80+ retreats and the most joy I get is the honour of witnessing those transformations on weekend retreats. When I get to hold the space for women and give them permission to give themselves permission to press pause and reset!

BLOG - What to expect on a retreat

This yoga retreat includes:

  • 3 day retreat (Friday evening until Sunday early - evening)

About the Venue

Right on the sea front in Caernarfon with individually styled cottages with a little path that leads right to the beach. We will have indoor and outdoor space to enjoy our yoga. Some cottages have room for 2 people and some for 3 and we have 2 individual spaces all to yourself!
