TEstimonial

“Over this last academic year we have worked closely with Inspire - Rewire and the lovely Nic Wagstaff (MCIPD, BSc MSc Hons). The impact Nic has had on the personal growth and development of numerous departments/individuals within the college has been truly brilliant.

Nic possesses the ability to create an engaging and transformative environment. Her passion and enthusiasm for instilling a positive mindset was infectious, sparking an immediate sense of inspiration and motivation within many of our colleagues at the college. This was evident from the feedback many of our colleagues provided after attending Nics sessions.

Nic demonstrated a deep understanding of mindset psychology. Her training sessions were well-structured, balanced, and expertly designed to foster meaningful introspection, self-reflection, and personal growth.

Nic challenged collegues to embrace new perspectives, overcome limiting beliefs, and unlock their true capabilities. She created a safe space for vulnerability and personal breakthroughs.

Her exceptional communication skills, combined with her warm and approachable demeanor, allowed her to connect with diverse audiences effortlessly. She tailored training to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each area she worked with.

Nics expertise extended beyond the training room. She provided invaluable tools, resources and advice/ongoing support to help us reinforce the learning from her training with teams.

If you are seeking a trainer who can truly inspire and equip individuals with the mindset tools for success, I wholeheartedly encourage you to embrace Nic's expertise. We look forward to our continued work with inspire-Rewire/Nic over the coming academic year.”

‘This is exactly what we needed as a team to reconnect and clear out any of the underlying issues in order to pull together and support each other’
— Consultant, The Literacy Company - team bespoke retreat day with a theme of the talk covering self-regulation, stress management and avoiding burnout

Sample of a Conflict Resolution intervention

Conflict Management Process

Step 1. Establish TNA/ meet with HR/ meet with Managers

to get the real sense of the issue and soothe managers around the process/ agree on the focus areas based on my template and process and plan the bespoke process.

Step 2. Deliver Initial Conflict Resolution Session.

This involves ‘outing’ the issues with the team in conflict, working through mindset barriers and delivering a brainstorm of solutions or areas of development by the team looking at 4 areas: manager, team, individual and HR/ops/processes. With some tips on self-leadership or wellness to end with and feeling of hope and willingness for change and readiness for step 4

Step 3. Information is presented back to the manager in person (where opted for, alternatively, jump to step 4).

Manager gets to receive information immediately after and has the chance to respond to this with coaching and mentoring with Inspire - Rewire on next steps and for the following 6 months, with the support of internal HR.

Review and summary written report of the outcome presented to the managers and HR in email report

Step 4. Follow up sessions for

  1. group occur that focus on these kind of areas: Insights Personalities, Growth Mindset, Emotional Regulation, Stress Management

  2. the manager e.g. coaching or training from Inspire - Rewire or internally/other provider e.g. leading difficult conversations.

  3. any other individual coaching or mediation between parties

  4. HR guidance and support if required

Step 5. Check points for momentum and accountability

Monitoring to be done by HR, line manager and Inspire - Rewire. Usually we recommend a manager and a HR meeting to discuss results and any internal plans.

Followed by a meeting by the line manager with the team to continue open communications and share any plans, as well as 1:1’s with all staff.

Followed by a 6 months later session by Inspire - Rewire (optional) to assess and check in and ensure accountability.

(see full list of group coaching/workshop topics to be selected from below).

Blended Leadership and Wellness retreat

This all very much depends on the needs of the manager and the team.   If it’s a leadership retreat, we might integrate with the direction of the company, linking to vision, culture etc.

Session topics can either be identified by each organisation manager, or selected from the topics listed below. Options come in:

  • FULL Day

  • half day

  • residential 1 night or more

Above is a 2-night residential retreat

Workshop Content examples

  • Emotional Intelligence and Self-Leadership

  • How to engage your team and drive performance

  • Creating Balance and Inner Calm

The idea would be to have an overall aim and then the above would be carefully crafted to blend each session naturally.  E.g. If the theme is working around ‘difficult conversations’, then we might go into a meditation with NLP to visualise that conversation and positive outcome. We might then do a peer conversation around examples of what others did to overcome situations.
